Refund and Return Policy for Pahari Paints Palace

At Pahari Paints Palace, we want to ensure you get the exact color and quality you need for your space. Please review our policy on returns, exchanges, and refunds below.


1. Delivery Inspection & Immediate Returns

  • Doorstep Verification: For orders delivered directly by our team, we encourage customers to inspect the product immediately upon delivery.
  • Discrepancies: If you find any discrepancies—such as the product being damaged, the incorrect base/brand delivered, or it not matching what you ordered—you can reject the product immediately at your doorstep.

2. Conditions for Accepted Returns or Exchanges

If you accept the delivery and later realize there is an issue, you may file a return or exchange complaint within 7 days of the delivery date. We will accept returns or exchanges only under the following conditions:

  • The product received is physically damaged or leaking.
  • The product delivered has missing parts or accessories (e.g., custom strainers, specific lids).
  • There is a clear manufacturing defect in the product.
  • The product delivered varies entirely from what was displayed or described on our website.

3. Non-Returnable Items & Exceptions

  • Custom Tinted/Mixed Paints: Any paint that has been custom-tinted or mixed to a specific color code requested by the customer cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded unless it is determined to be a manufacturing defect.
  • Change of Mind: We do not allow refunds or exchanges if you simply change your mind, choose the wrong color code on your own, or order an incorrect product by mistake after the order has been processed.

4. Return Procedure & Guidelines

For In-Zone / Local Deliveries

Once your return or exchange request is approved by our support team, our team will pick up the product within 1–2 business days.

For Out-of-Zone / Courier Deliveries

If you are outside our direct delivery zone, you will need to courier the product back to our official warehouse address after getting approval from our support team.

Package Condition Requirements:

  • The customer must return the product in its original, unopened packaging along with the respective purchase invoice/bill.
  • The product container must not have any marks, heavy scratches, dirt, or signs of being partially used.
  • If these conditions are not met, Pahari Paints Palace reserves the right to refuse the return or exchange.

5. Refunds & Shipping Costs

  • Refund Timeline: Once the returned product passes our quality check, any approved refund will be deposited into your bank account or original payment method within 7 business days.
  • Shipping Fees: Original shipping and handling costs are non-refundable.
