Q. What are your store operating hours? A. Our physical stores are open from 11:00 AM to 6:00 PM (NST), Sunday through Friday. You can also place orders on our website 24/7.
Q. Are your stores open on Saturdays? A. Our physical storefronts are closed on Saturdays. However, our online store remains open over the weekend, and any orders placed will be processed and dispatched starting Sunday.
Product & In-Store Experience
Q. Can I come to a store to view paint shades and products before buying? A. Absolutely! Unlike purely digital storefronts, we welcome you to visit any of our physical branches. You can look through our shade cards, view product textures, and consult with our team to find the exact paint or hardware solution you need.
Q. Do you offer in-store mixing or custom color tinting? A. Yes, we do! You can bring in a color reference or choose from our extensive catalogs, and we will mix your custom paint shade right in the store while you wait.
Delivery, Payments & Services
Q. Do you offer Cash on Delivery (COD) or In-Store Pickup? A. We offer both! You can choose Click & Collect to buy online and pick up your items at your nearest branch, or you can opt for home delivery. We provide Cash on Delivery for orders within our primary service cities.
Q. What payment methods do you accept at your physical stores? A. We accept Cash, major Credit/Debit Cards, and popular mobile wallet/QR payments at all of our store locations. For home deliveries, we can also accept card payments or cash at your doorstep.
Q. Do you provide painting or setup services? A. Upon request, we can connect you with experienced third-party professional painters, plumbers, or technicians. Please note that the evaluation, service costs, and terms are negotiated directly between you and the service provider.
